APF Members Day and AGM October 29th

Members Day and AGM

This year an APF Members Day (open to all Associates as well) will be held on Saturday, 29 October.  Conscientious Objection has been the theme of 2016 for APF, the Day will reflect this.  Our Annual Eucharist will be held as will the AGM.

10:30  Message from Revd. Nathanial Reuss, Chair of APF

10:35   Conscientious Objection:

• Members of APF This will include the papers and recording of Kenneth Wadd, CO in WW2 and a talk by Christopher Idle, CO in 1957.
• Update from War Resisters International on COs around the world today
• Shaughan Dolan of Conscientious – Taxes for Peace not War will speak on the Taxes for Peace Bill, sponsored by Ruth Cadbury, MP, which will be debated in Parliament in early December.

12:30   APF Annual Eucharist

13:15   Lunch

14:30   APF AGM and discussion on future actions for APF
