You may have seen media reports that US nuclear weapons are set to return to RAF Lakenheath in Suffolk. There were around 110 bombs at the base until 2008, when they were removed after decades of protest. Ahead of their possible return, we’re joining CND and many others to protest the move.
Before the demonstration you can also join us together with Christian CND for a short prayer and workshop meeting outside the main gates of the base. We will then join the main protest which begins at 1pm.
