The Anglican Peacemakers have signed up to a statement commemorating the horror of the atomic bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki and condemning any use or maintenance of nuclear weapons as antithetical to the core values and beliefs about the worth of human life and that of our planet that are held in common by the world’s religions. We are honoured to be co-signatories alongside a number of faith and peace organisations from around the world.
